7 years have gone by pretty quickly. We thought, from the outset, this would take time, by we weren't prepared for the length of time (or for Covid). Everything runs at other people's pace. Nobody tells you that, and it's a pretty important lesson.
It was during these times that I wished my stepfather was still around. He was a self-made businessman, and I trusted him implicitly. Unfortunately, he passed soon after we developed the idea. I saw the twinkle in his eye when we first presented The Dock Ledge business proposal. I am pretty sure we would be further ahead if he was still with us. We miss you Peter.
One thing we have learned, on our own, is that developing relationships early and maintaining them is critical. We have finally partnered with two companies, in Canada, to help us bring The Dock Ledge to market. Both are well established and have proven to be great assets.
So here we are finally ready to launch. We have developed two versions of The Dock Ledge. It just worked out that way in the end. Both versions are well tested and ready for your dock. We hope you love The Dock Ledge as much as we do.
