Will The Dock Ledge work with my dock?
We designed The Dock Ledge to be as versatile as possible. It mounts securely to all wooden docks. If you have a unique setup or a floating dock and aren't sure, just send us a photo of your dock edge and our team will confirm the fit for you!
What if I buy in the off-season? Does my 30-day guarantee still apply?
If you purchase The Dock Ledge during the off-season, your 30-day Happiness Guarantee doesn't start unti lMay 15 (when you are safely back at the dock). We want you to have a full month of actual use to fall in love with it.
Is The Dock Ledge easy to install?
Yes, absolutely. The design is engineered for effortless setup. Most owners complete the assembly within 10-15 minutes, using the provided instructions and mounting hardware .Your time is precious. We minimize the setup so you can maximize your time making great cottage memories.
What goes into the construction of The Dock Ledge to make it worth the price?
It comes down to the materials and the mission. We use premium marine-grade aluminum and local Canadian manufacturing to ensure it's safe, rust-proof, and can hold up to 800lbs.

Every Dock Ledge is manufactured locally in Ontario, ensuring superior quality control and supporting local Canadian craftsmanship.
Do you offer The Dock Ledge in multiple sizes?
We’ve perfected the size at 4 ft × 4 ft! It’s just the right size for two adults to stand or sit comfortably without overcrowding the average dock.
If you have a larger dock (and a bigger party to host), we highly recommend stringing a couple of them together!
How quickly will I get my order?
The Dock Ledge usually ships within 48 hours. If there is a delay, we will contact you.
Where do you ship & how much does shipping cost?
Currently only available to ship within Canada. Please contact us if you are interested in The Dock Ledge and would need international shipping.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase and will have options for delivery via Canada Post at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately The Dock Ledge does not have a store you can pick up from nor is pick up available at our manufacturing location in Gravenhurst.
We will be adding local partners where you can buy your Dock Ledge in person soon.
What is the return policy?
